Princeton Instruments 16 bit data
|
|||
I am using the Princeton Instruments 16 bit camera, MicroMax Intensified CCD camera with Winview Software. The image output is "name.spe" file. I have ImagePro ver. 3.0 for Win95. First, I tried downloading the PI controller driver so that I can control the PI camera from ImagePro Software, but was not successful. So, I used PI's software, WinView 32, to capture images. I was wondering if you have experiences in using PI's ICCD camera and know how to convert to 16 bit image file to be read by IPPro software. Also, I will be importing the images to a Word processor to prepare for a final report, and was wondering if there if a filter for 16 bit image type. If I'm able to convert to IPPro, can i use the tools from IPPro to analyze the image? This is my first time working with 16 bit images, and don't really know how to manipulate the data yet. Thanks for any input you may have. ____________________________ Steven W.
