ImagePro>Re: copy pseudo-color window??

Jacob

I know of two ways that you can do what you want to do.

WINDOWS

 - Get the dialog box you want to capture on your screen.
 - Click on the title bar (top) of the dialog box to insure that this box is "in front" of everything else.
 - Press and hold the ALT button. Press and release the PRINT SCREEN button. Release the ALT button.
 - An image of the dialog box you selected is now in the Windows clipboard.
 - Unfortunately the current version of Image-Pro will not understand this information so you will need to open a program like WINWORD, MSPAINT, or PHOTOSHOP where you can paste the image into a document which can then be worked with further.

IMAGE-PRO PLUS

 - Pull down the FILE menu and select SCREEN CAPTURE
 - Within the dialog box which appears, set up the characteristics of this function
 - Close the dialog box
 - Get the dialog box you want to capture on your screen.
 - Trigger IPP's SCREEN CAPTURE function (normally with F7)
 - IPP will create an image file according to your settings on your computer
 - Open the file and you should be able to work with an image which documents the psudo color dialog box.

I hope this information helps.

Take a favor and pass one on!

<<File: ATT00006.htm>>
Image Pro Experts-

Is there a way to copy/import the pseudo-color window
(Process|Pseudo-color) into any kind of file? Would I need to go into the
setup of the software? We would like to include that window in a paper we
are about to publish, such as to more clearly explain the ideas behind our
research.

Thanks!!
