Hi all,
I am using Image Pro Plus 4.0 and am having a problem with floating point images. I acquire images as ".fts" and then go to the Edit menu and convert to floating point. Everything works fine till this point. However, when I save the file (as ".fts") and reload it later I get a white image everytime. I have to go to the operations menu and divide by 1 to get the original floating point image. Even when I save this new image I get the same whiteout when I reload. Am I doing something wrong in the conversion?
Any ideas on why this happens and how to correct for it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
