ImagePro>Color calibration

Hi everyone,

We have a few people in our lab that use the same Image Pro software.  One
person is interested in color measurements, while the rest of the group
usually converts the color images to grayscale for analysis.  We'd like to
know how the "CIE Lab" add-on affects the acquired images:  when someone
performs the color calibration in this add-on, does it automatically
change the color of the raw acquired images, or do you have to apply the
"CIE Lab" add-on before anything happens?  We want to make sure that
when one person changes the color calibration in this module, it doesn't
unknowingly affect anyone else's work.  Thanks,
