ImagePro>CoolSnap-Pro cf and IPE Acquisition Problem

Hi,

I have a customer that recently purchased a Coolsnap-pro cf camera from us with
the latest version of Image-Ppro Express (v4.5).

After installing the software and interface card normally the camera and software
refuse to work together. When I try to get a live preview through IPE I get
a "Acquisition error". When I turn off the camera the IPE software recognises
that the camera is switched off. I also tried to acquire images through Image-Pro
Plus v4.5 and was successful.

I think that the new version of IPE does not recognise the Coolsnap-pro cf drivers.



Has anyone come accross this problem with IPE v4.5 and the Coolsnap camera.

Please advise.
