ImagePro>Count/Size - automatic threshold

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows how Image Pro selects an intensity
threshold when you choose "Automatic Dark" or "Automatic Bright" objects
in the Count/Size tool.  Does IPP simply look for a minimum value in the
image's histogram or does it have some other kind of algorithm for
defining the correct threshold?  Thanks!
