ImagePro>3D-skeletonization?

Hi,

I am looking for a skeleletonization algorithm of 3D-objects.
The data are based on serial images measured by x-ray tomography. With
the aim of the SDK-tool I wrote the binary data into a 3D array, but I
have no clue how I can skeletonize the objects in 3D? Have anyone an
idea / macro for imagepro-plus4.5?
I appreciate everyone's help.
