With excellent help from Trey have installed IPP4.5, the patch (29), Capture
4 and MIL512 library.  Running the IPP, the Meteor shows up but there is a
"very long delay" before the acquire can be configured and image previewed.
The programme seems to be querying for the camera, would this be right?  The
machine is a Pentium 4 1.8GHz CPU with 256 RAM, Matrox Millennium G400 dual
head and Meteor frame grabber. Camera is a JVC FY55B
