ImagePro>Calibration & Filtering

Hi all users,
(1) I got to understand from Image Pro. reference guide, the Hanning filter
or window works only with Inverse FFT. I need to apply Hanning filter to my
spatial input data before applying FFT. The input data is an image of
square-wave. 
 (2) I need to do spatial calibration using units of "lp/mm". instead of
units of length, because I need my FFT to be displayed as frequency (lp/mm)
vs amplitude "intesity values".
I don't know how it works, any one have idea.
