Hi

 

I have a filtered image where I have made the computer pick a few points and make circular AOIs around them. Taking this points and ploting on the original image, I need to be able to count the number of objects that are inside this AOIs, but not all the other noise on the image. In other words, I need to count points in a 1cm diameter around the center of the AOIs, but nothing outside it. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks.
