make sure that you have the display set to at least 24 bit
color

Hello:
I am using a Flashpoint 128 card to capture
images from a color video camera with IPP 4.5 in Windows 98. When I
click START (preview) to look at a live image of plastic foam, the image
looks fine, but is in grayscale. After I click SNAP to grab the image,
the image is captured into a new frame as a grayscale image, but the
preview image goes blurry with all kinds of colors and interference
blocking a good view of the live image.
If I click on STOP (preview) and click
START (preview) again the image is clear again, but still in
grayscale.
Does anyone know why the image previews in
grayscale not color and why the live image goes bonkers after I snap
it?
Many thanks,
