ImagePro>Colour shading

Dear Group

We have a problem with colour shading at the bottom 5% of image captured
using a std colour Coolsnap on an Olympus BX scope. I have tried various
couplers. Olympus and diagnostic. Even tried a different camera. Shading is
still there. Rotating the camera results in the shading staying at the same
place.

Has anyone encountered this problem and can provide some advice.
