Hi, Everyone,

I met a problem when using background correction. I am recording 1 cm2 area of living cells with 10x lens and timelapse macro. The system worked well without background correction. When background correction is done, the macro does not function any more. And I could not recorded the background correction into a macro. Who knows this and could give suggestion. Thanks in advance.
