Remarks
The bounding box is the horizontally oriented bounding rectangle of the region. The smallest bounding rectangle aligned along the major axis of an equivalent ellipse may be gotten from the mRgnLength, mRgnWidth and mRgnDirection.
This is a boundary geometry based measurement, so it is independent of pixel counts and is accurate for sub-pixel locations of region boundaries.
