A McDBDatabase object.   A McDBDatabase reference pointing to the Journal Database.
Failure Returns Nothing.

Failure conditions:
Journal Database cannot be opened.

The ImagePro Indentity specifies the Journal Name. The returned Database will be created, mapped, added and opened.
